Love the Hotline Miami 2 music in the background, an absolute classic. Plays exclusively before the war missions. I like the menu logo, it's suave. The background looks nice. Real city vibes. You got something with this.
Animated sky would do wonders as well as flickering lights. Should give the environment more details. Maybe some litter and a trash can.
This is great.

It perfectly explains the more deeper aspects of Madness Combat. If a friend asks me a question about Madness pertaining to the more complicated parts, I'll just show them this.

Well I wouldn't say it's perfect. It's ofcourse heavilly inspired by it, but I must say it is not the definite way the Madness universe functions. I would tell you to always look at the official content and not be too influenced by the fan-made stuff.

This is just a PNG-fest. I still don't get why these things stay, and old animations that are staples get blammed. You've clearly put a lot of effort into this, but I seriously can not sit and watch this. It's exactly what the Madness community is probably sick of. Corny original characters, and all the other cliches. Practice, but ask around for feedback first, and watch tutorials, ask for advice.
I didn't think it was good, but I think regardless, you can get better.

[SIDENOTE: I do not see Episode 2 or Episode 1 here on Newgrounds, so uploading Episode 3 here is entirely out of the blue.]

Don't know how new you are, but it's always nice to see the Kai Assault/Kai sprites be reused in this year, especially when Newgrounds is being flooded with all of these Dayum new accounts recently. Was planning on making a full-on Kai animation myself, but unfortunately I am a lazy motherfucker. Very nice. I'd like it if it wasn't so tweened, however. It looks a little too strict despite it's fluidity. Nonetheless, great. Short and sweet

Overall, presentation is nice. I see what you are going for. But you need to stop with the PNGs, and get the scaling of the body's right. Maybe animate parts of the body more in tune with other parts? It's alright, but could be better.
