I agree with General-D. If you want to be classic, you gotta go hard in the paint. No weird clothes rustling gun movement sounds and stuff. It's animated modern-ly if that makes sense. Still nice though. Loved Djjaner's part.

Love the Hotline Miami 2 music in the background, an absolute classic. Plays exclusively before the war missions. I like the menu logo, it's suave. The background looks nice. Real city vibes. You got something with this.
Animated sky would do wonders as well as flickering lights. Should give the environment more details. Maybe some litter and a trash can.

Well I wouldn't say it's perfect. It's ofcourse heavilly inspired by it, but I must say it is not the definite way the Madness universe functions. I would tell you to always look at the official content and not be too influenced by the fan-made stuff.
