This is pretty good for a start. Characters move slower then they should and speed up dramatically when it is convenient for the action. They should be moving in accordance with the context of the situation. (ultraviolence galore) Take your hand at making your own sprites for your characters as well. Yes, they will look terrible at first but practice makes perfect.
Your movement needs to be smoother. Watch a few tutorials, old and modern in order to maximize how good at each style you are. Learn how to motion tween the V-cam for smooth camera panning. Use fade-ins and such. Don't give up and keep on grinding.

This is probably one of the corniest things I've seen. I'll just say it flat out, draw better and refine your art. Newgrounds is not that kind of place.

Fake Eddsworld clone for the thousandth time. Give me a break. You FNF kids and Eddsworld ripoffs are like a plague. Your ambition is there, but the quality isn't. I'm praying when you get older, you come back and get frontpage with a new creation.
